Adventures in the Cavern – COA X Soko

Riding on the overwhelming success of the last three “Adventures in the Cavern” Guest Mixologist events, the Long Bar at Galaxy Macau proudly presents a quartet of master mixologists—Jay Khan, Lok Cheung, Soko Son and Lucas Park—who will join forces in Macau for the very first time on Friday, April 11.

COA founder Jay Khan and his bar manager Lok Cheung are both champion mixologists, with Jay being named Altos Bartenders’ Bartender in 2020 and Lok winning first place in Hong Kong’s first televised cocktail-making competition Master Mixologist. With their agave-inspired cocktails, this dynamic duo have led COA to become the first-ever bar to win the coveted No.1 position at Asia’s 50 Best Bars three times in a row. The bar is currently ranked No.4 in the latest edition.

Hailing from Korea’s premium drinking spot Soko are bartender-owner Soko Son and MONIN Cup World Cocktail Champion Lucas Park. Their unique concoctions—at once simple, stylish and refined—have shaken up the Asian cocktail scene, leading Soko towards its 51st position at Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
